Check-in is from 2 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m. It may be possible, depending on bookings, to arrange an early check-in or late departure through a prior request to Reception staff.
However luggage may be left at reception or a car in the private parking if required.
Reception is open:
When the Reception is closed you can contact us on hotel’s telephone number. The hotel’s phone number and the mobile numbers are also provided in the rooms.
If anticipate arriving when Reception is closed, please advise us when making the reservation or call us 15 minutes before the arrival.
When making a reservation we will ask for your credit card’s details (kind, number and expiration date) as a guarantee. They can be inserted in our on-line reservation system (security guaranteed by SSL 128 bit VeriSign certificate) or sent us by fax or e-mail. They will be maintained in a safe place and used only for late cancellations and no-shows or deposits (if required).
If you don’t have a credit card, you can make a reservation only by phone, fax or e-mail with confirmation deposit through a bank transfer or postal order.
Usually you can cancel the reservation without charge up until 3 days before the arrival. Within 3 days we can charge the first night or all the nights booked, as indicated in your confirmation details.
For some special offers and at certain times of the year, the reservation may be "not cancellable" or "not refundable": in these instances the full stay booked will be charged, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Usually we don’t. We ask the payment of a deposit only in some periods of the year and for some special offers. In these instances monies paid are not refundable in case of cancellation.
You can pay by cash and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For deposits and prepayments you can make a bank transfer or postal order or we can charge the amount to your credit card.
It’s possible to drive to our hotel by car even when the centre is closed to the vehicle traffic. In this case you must show your Due Mori reservation to the policeman. Once here you can comfortably park the car in our private parking or underground garage.
The daily rate for the private parking is € 4,00, while for the underground garage it is € 6,00.

Arriving from Venice, Trento, Padua and Treviso the nearest railway station is Bassano del Grappa (9km);
from Milan and Verona it’s Vicenza (28 km). From both railway stations you can take a bus to Marostica, with a bus stop approximately 300 metres from the hotel.
By simply requesting this service during reservation or before your arrival, we can arrange a transfer from the airport/railway station to the hotel. The cost of the service varies according the pick-up place.
All bedrooms and common spaces have high speed wi-fi Internet connection. To connect you need to request us the user name and password. In some type of rooms you can surf free for 1 hour each day, while in others the connection is free for the entire stay (see the rooms’ description).
Near the hotel there are a range of places where you can have lunch and dinner. We’ll be glad to direct you to some pubs and wine-bars, an osteria and a trattoria (taverns), a pizzeria and some restaurants with local or creative cuisine in easy walking distance ( 20 – 700 metres). By car you have an even wider range available with a vegetarian restaurant and some agriturisms.
The King Rooms are very spacious and we can add 1 or 2 extra beds or baby-cots. For those who love privacy or have a large family, we suggest reserving 2 interconnecting rooms.
Children younger than 2 years are our guests with baby-cot, bottle-warmer, small bathtub, high-chair, bicycle seat available.
Up to 12 years, the surcharge is € 10,00 per night for every child sharing the room with parents.
In all our rooms smoking is forbidden, but some have a small balcony that may be used. Please let us know you need a room with balcony at time of reservation and we will even supply you with an ashtray.
Animals are welcome. Please let us know you will be travelling with your pet when making your reservation. There is a surcharge from € 6,00 per night.
To reserve a customized guided tour you can ask Monica, who is an English speaking licensed tourist guide. Monica has a considerable knowledge and passion for the area and can suggest great places to visit.
Accompanied tours can be organised to places and/or workshops not normally open to the public. She can also manage the transfers; book Museum, etc entrances; match the times of visits to various sites and monuments; and recommend the best places for eating and shopping. So you’ll be able to enjoy your day in freedom!
